PMTG Upgrades Benefits Plans

We are pleased to announce a major upgrade to PMTG’s Benefit plans effective July 1, 2015. We have been working diligently with an outside industry expert to upgrade our existing benefit programs, expand our benefits, and offer new voluntary benefits that many employees have been requesting.

PMTG has partnered with United Healthcare Group, the single largest health insurance carrier in the U.S. servicing 85 million individuals. Our new partnership with United Healthcare will provide PMTG’s employees with best access to healthcare and services across the nation.

PMTG also partnered with MetLife Insurance to offer life insurance to not only the PMTG employee, but the PMTG employee spouse and children at no cost to the full time employee. Full time PMTG employees will be eligible to purchase additional life insurance, vision and short term disability insurance at competitive industry rates.

PMTG also announced earlier this year that has As of April 26, 2015, PMTG re-instated a company contribution match. The company will contribute a 50% matching contribution of each participant’s compensation deferral for the year to a maximum of $2,500.00. Our 401(K) plan is administered by John Hancock.

To participate in the PMTG 401(K) you have to be employed a year and there are two enrollment periods, January and July.  You must also be a full time employee to participate in the plan.
