These systems are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a standard Internet browser. Profiles of PMTG Employee Portals

The Company's Portal Systems currently serve three employee groups as follows:

• Driver Portal: Through the Driver Portal, PMTG drivers can, among other features:
  • Access their schedules;
  • Request vacation time;
  • Review directions and notes regarding specific automotive dealer destinations; and

• Terminal Manager Portal: The Terminal Manager Portal is designed to assist terminal managers optimize routing and scheduling as well as communicate with centralized dispatch.
• Admin and Operations Portal: The Admin & Operations Portal enables management and dispatch personnel to efficiently manage and communicate with PMTG's fleet and terminal operations.
