In 2001, PMTG successfully achieved ISO-9001:2000 certification. In doing so, the Company became the first automotive transport provider in the U.S. to achieve this distinction. ISO-9001:2000 certification encompasses virtually all aspects of corporate operations including: operations (e.g., service delivery, dispatch, truck loading), equipment maintenance, human resource management, safety, regulatory compliance, administration/back-office operations, and performance measurement.
